The Women in the service department are fabulous. Joann Oates and Maria in particular go out of their way to help and make you feel at home. I switched from Mercedes to Rallye Lexus in 2004 and have b Joann Oates and Maria in particular go out of their way to help and make you feel at home. I switched from Mercedes to Rallye Lexus in 2004 and have bought 3 cars Ls 430,460.500 and now after 40 years buying a mercedes my wife has switched as well because of these women.
