My navigation system is not working properly, I will
explain. I travel to Hilton, NY often, north and west of Rochester, it is 394 miles. Two ways I generally go is either 495,Cross Island, Throgs Neck,

Two ways I generally go is either 495,Cross Island, Throgs Neck, Cross Bronx, GWB, then either 80 or Taconic to the Thruway, 490 or380 into Rochester. Well when I put the destination of the Holiday Inn in Rochester it gave an eta of 6:32, and two other options of. 7 - 8 hours. It usually takes me 8-9 hours. Well I picked the 6:32 trip which was 8.5hours which is not my issue. The trip took me to the Williamsburg’s Br, Holland Tun, then Hoboken, and Newark, using county roads and state roads. Until finally 80. It wanted me to get off every exit once in Penn. I finally got off on maybe 490. Once I crossed the Thruway it directed me off using state, county, and 30mph village roads. I traveled thru main streets in many small towns before arriving in Rochester. What a stressful trip! Now the staff at Rallye are very nice! No complaints! But they could not find a problem. So they Tech Expert got in and went thru the program, he checked the pre-set, NONE were set. Then reviewed the routing in the memory, it was exactly like I said. Then put in the address and the same 3 options came up with similar times. He did not know how to fix the issue! I asked if they can change the SD Card? He thought that was a good idea, but return and said this car doesn’t use the SD Card. So now I have my old faithful Garmin taped in front of the Navigation screen. This was not the first time I had a issue, about 6 wks ago I put in the address of a resturant in Kew Gardens, Queens. The Nav had me pass the area, circle past it and finally direct there. I am not happy with Lexus! Before I left the nice young Service Lady gave me a envelop from the Manager, I was so upset, I gave it to the cashier, never opened it, just disgusted.
