Been a customer of Watertown Lexus since 2015 and have purchased 3 Lexus autos during that time. Much of what keeps me coming back is not only the high-quality of the Lexus brand but the great service I purchased 3 Lexus autos during that time. Much of what keeps me coming back is not only the high-quality of the Lexus brand but the great service I receive from the dealership - but mostly due to the excellent service I receive from Maria Laskaris in their Service Dept. - with whom I have been dealing with since 2015. Then, too, I just purchased another pre-owned (L-Certified) 2022 Lexus with the wonderful help of Steve Batsinelas - along with the assistance of George Frounjian, their Finance Manager. More

I have been coming here for over 25 years to service my 2006 Lexus GS 300 and my 1992 Lexus ES 300! Amazing people, so professional so honest so courteous. And they treat me like family. Bought a brand new car. Has had many issues. The Manager of sales told me that it is not their fault the car was defective. If I wanted to trade it and not continue to fi Has had many issues. The Manager of sales told me that it is not their fault the car was defective. If I wanted to trade it and not continue to fix it I could do so but obviously I would be losing money! The car started having issues 5 days after i bought it and it took over a month for them to take me seriously. Imagine selling a 45k car and not being able to stand by that product and hiding behind warranty. I made the worst mistake and will never buy another Lexus . And it's pointless to contact the Lexus Corporate because they will also hide behind the warranty. You do not get what you paid for!!!! However, I truly thank Amanda and the shop foreman, Paul for being the only ones that care and have been helpful. The only ones that took my concerns seriously. Besides Amanda and Paul , overall experience has been horrible especially because I had to go there 5 times before being taken seriously. Lexus is lucky to have them. Maria kept dismissing me and acting as if I was making the issue up even though I had recordings. She kept saying the car is fine and these are just characteristic noises of a new car. Let me tell you, it wasn't normal, all brake related, very important in a car as everyone knows! I have multiple emails and appointment records to prove I tried so hard to get someone's attention.
