Maria Castillo is very friendly, very professional and very helpful. She assisted me when I brought my rav 4 2009 for cv axle replacement and it was above and beyond customer service. The most chaotic Toyota dealership I have ever been to. My car was done and I can see it in the parking lot but after almost an hour nobody tells/text/calls me it’s done. Maria was super straightforward about describing what services would be performed in my car, and her time estimate was perfect. No sales pitch, and she made sure all my questions were answered.
