This is my second purchase from CBB and just like the first time, everything went smooth and flawlessly. From Andy my salesman, to the handshake of the dealership manager (sorry forgot his name,) Marcu first time, everything went smooth and flawlessly. From Andy my salesman, to the handshake of the dealership manager (sorry forgot his name,) Marcus a service writer whom I've dealt with in the past was there too, and he gave me some good advice about my new purchase. The types of vehicles CBB sell are not inexpensive vehicles,nor should they be treated as such. Although it can get pricey, I do believe each person you deal with at CBB has your best interest at heart and the products they sell are meant to ensure your vehicle remains in tip top shape. Unfortunately, my first purchase from CBB, which happened to be my dream car. A Jaguar F Type which I purchased in 2022 was a total loss due to an accident. I knew from the second I was informed of the total loss by the insurance company, where I would be shopping for my replacement vehicle. This time, I stepped away from the car I loved, and went in a total different direction, although I did stay with a UK 🇬🇧 build. Now, as of this morning I am behind the wheel of a beautiful luxurious Supercharged V8 Range Rover. Sorry... not sorry, I love English vehicles 😊. This buying experience would not be complete without a HUGE smile, and tip of my hat to Tara Price as well. She is in the finance department, and we all know all too well thats where we all cringe 😬 when we see all the numbers. She is very easy to work with, and she went above and beyond to make the transaction more enjoyable. My intrest rate was already set (which wasn't that bad to begin with since intrest rates have increased over the past year due to...well ill keep my opinion to myself 😂,) then she she said "let me see if I can get you a better rate." Well, I'll be ... within a few minutes she was able to lower it almost a full point. Like I said these vehicles are not inexpensive so for me one percent is a big deal, and we all know a penny saved is a penny earned. Bottom line: I hope never to be forced to purchase another vehicle due to a misfortune like mine, but if it did happen again CBB would be my dealer of choice. Again, thank you Andy, Marcus, and Tara. More

It was an absolute pleasure working with Sandrena. It was completely unexpected that she brought the car to me for a test drive and then followed up on everything she said she would after the sale. So far, it’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone else in the market for a BMW or Mercedes. More

Sandra’s Benz Schumaceher was the best sales person I have had in years. She was very courteous. She was very helpful and she found numerous vehicles to look at. The show room was clean and friendly.
