Sean and Camilo are both fantastic guys and assets to the dealership. They go above and beyond at every step of the process which is a big part of the reason why we have kept coming back to Acura of Pembroke dealership. I am not sure if my previous message has gone so I am resending. It was a complete frustration! When I leased the car the sales people told me the maintenance would cost around $80 dollars each. For my u resending. It was a complete frustration! When I leased the car the sales people told me the maintenance would cost around $80 dollars each. For my unpleasant surprise my wife came back home showing a $260 dollars bill to charge filters!!!! It's an absurd!! I had told her she could accept the charge because I was told the amount would be around $80 dollars and she was not told it would be $260!!!! A total lack of transparency from the sales people to the service ones!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! If this is the way you guys try to loyal a customer, congratulations!!! You have just lost a potential customer who would be renewing the lease on 2021!!!! You are extremely good on making business making customers unhappy! When I called the service department asking for a reasonable explanation, I heard "this is on sales people, not on me, I'm so sorry"!!!!!!!!! And I thought Rick Case was the only one dealer which does not care about customers!!!! BTW, the car came back with the windshield wiper water system not working!!!! Such a great maintenance full of transparency!!!! CONGRATS!!!!! More
