When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a young woman, who immediately contacted my service advisor, John H R, who immediately greeted me! I was very pleased that I did not have to wait for attent woman, who immediately contacted my service advisor, John H R, who immediately greeted me! I was very pleased that I did not have to wait for attention! John advised me what additional service was recommended according to my mileage, and I agreed. I received a short video message from the technician who had been working on my vehicle, which I had never received before, but really appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that my service was completed much quicker than I had anticipated! This was the Best experience that I have ever had with the dealership!!! More
