⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Williamson Buick GMC truly went above and beyond for my family during an extremely stressful situation. We were returning home from a family vacation in the Florida Keys when my 2024 GMC, with on for my family during an extremely stressful situation. We were returning home from a family vacation in the Florida Keys when my 2024 GMC, with only 32,000 miles, suddenly displayed a message telling me to put the truck in neutral. It would not start again, leaving us stranded on the side of the Florida Turnpike. Martin, the dealership’s driver, picked up my wife and our three children and made sure they reached the rental-car location before it closed. The dealership also helped us find the closest hotel. Their service department quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and repaired my truck first thing Monday morning. Michael, the Service Manager, made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I am extremely grateful to Michael, Martin, and the entire Williamson team for treating my family with kindness and urgency when we needed help most. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about GMC itself. More than a week later, I am back home in the Tampa area and still have not been reunited with my truck. After experiencing these problems with a 2024 vehicle with only 32,000 miles, along with GMC’s poor handling of the situation, I seriously question whether I would ever buy another GMC. However, I would absolutely purchase a vehicle from Williamson. The dealership did everything it could to help my family, and its outstanding service deserves five stars. More

The check-in process was fast and seamless. Mike (I think that was his name), the service associate who checked me in, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, fast and very efficient. The loaner car/car rental process was equally as seamless, and extremely convenient. The associates in that department were wonderful as well. The overall check in process was great and much faster than I expected. The service on my car is still in question as my car just started making a noise similar to what I brought it in for, so this week I will have to contact the dealer/service department again to see what’s going on. However, the service employees that I spoke with and dealt with were great. Overall, it was a good experience. More
