James - There was a $3,000 difference between your initial offer for my car and the final agreed trade-in value which, in my humble opinion, was a fair price based on four different websites I checked for used car values. I would have to say I expected a more "balanced" approach on trade-ins at a Lexus dealership. That's was my experience when buying three cars at Northside Lexus. As I previously indicated, everything turned-out fine in the end. However, my "buying experience" could have been more positive. Manuel has my number if you wish to discuss this further.
