Excellent service never had an issue and they get us in and out , better chances since Malcolm Simons Service Director has taken over . No more Service Advisor pushes and doing things to your vehicle witho and out , better chances since Malcolm Simons Service Director has taken over . No more Service Advisor pushes and doing things to your vehicle without your permission that we should’ve never paid for, but we did but if it ever happens again, we won’t but now we have a young lady called Stefani Cornelius Who waits on us and listens to us and is very helpful and courteous More people. You need more people like the two of them who represent graph Chevrolet. Good people are few and far between so please let them know what an asset to the company that they are on how great they are. Y’all use to charge for a oil change and rotate tires together at a fair price; Now y’all charge for these services separate. Now I’m going to have to go else where. Poor customer service and rude especially the service manager Malcom. Please do better when speaking to a customer. The lack of communication from Joe the service man was poor as well. The robbery on the diagnostic fee is also ridiculous never have I been to any dealership where I was charged an hourly diagnostic fee More
