The experience at your dealership was a horrible one.
The only time I felt like a human was when an attempt was made to sell a vehicle. Afterwards I felt abandoned to navigate the shark infested waters
The only time I felt like a human was when an attempt was made to sell a vehicle. Afterwards I felt abandoned to navigate the shark infested waters of your dealership. One issue encountered was attempting to get a second key for the used car I purchased. The manager in charge told me we do not provide spare keys for used cars. Mind you, the spare key is only $60.00 in the scope of the $31,000 plus that I will be paying for this used car. To add insult to injury, the tech in the parts department order me a blank key. Why would I want a blank key is beyond my comprehension. He proceeded to call me to ask me for more money towards the spare key. All you needed to do is take 10 minutes out of your busy day to ask " Mam is there anything else we can assist you with today? Provide me with accurate information regarding purchasing a spare key including the process in doing so. If I could do this all over I would have selected a more attentive dealership. You have lost a possible life long customer with the lack of empathy and basic customer service displayed by the staff at your dealership. But that probably doesn't even matter to your organization in the grand scheme of it all.
