the young man at the service counter has the poorest customer service skills I have ever encountered, I had a scheduled service for my car on 6-19-25, I had asked the person whom I scheduled it with wha customer service skills I have ever encountered, I had a scheduled service for my car on 6-19-25, I had asked the person whom I scheduled it with what it would cost for the service she stated it was 32.00 when I checked I the young man at the counter said it was 42.00 which he also added that the person did not know what she was doing, he also had a very condescending attitude that I was bothering him, because I questioned the price change, needless to say I cancelled my appointment, upon that your dealer ship has lost customer who purchased the vehicle from you and was considering another purchase, but after yesterday's fiasco I will never recommend or use this dealership again. disgusted former customer Mark Miller, ps I 'm sorry I did not get the young mans name More

New battery install. Tech did not function check all impacted accessories. One missing check was the driver’s side auto up window switch operation, which worked prior t Tech did not function check all impacted accessories. One missing check was the driver’s side auto up window switch operation, which worked prior to battery install but not afterward. I had to reprogram the window switch without having coverage in the owner manual for how to do so. Did not take back to service center because it is an hour drive one way, but it works now. More

I scheduled my service for oil change and tire rotation . When I scheduled it, I said I get free rotation since bought the tires there. I did see it mentioned for rotate. . I Was told tread was fine. I rotate every 5000 miles when I change oil. So they had to take my car back to redo and added another 40+ minutes to my wait. Then I was going to be charged almost $40 for it, and had to reiterate it was free. More
