I purchased from your dealership on 8/22/24, specifically the 2024 Tesla Model 3. Through a recent inspection that the car was involved in a previous accident, information that was deliberately specifically the 2024 Tesla Model 3. This is not only a clear violation of consumer protection laws but also a blatant breach of trust and good business practices. Selling a vehicle with undisclosed accident damage is unacceptable and puts me at a significant disadvantage, both financially and in terms of safety. I entered into this purchase under the assumption that the vehicle was in excellent condition, as you or your team represented, and I find this misrepresentation egregious. More
