It was clear that I could trust Bob and that what was most important to him was that I make a decision that was right for me. From my first contact with Madison Fife online to signing the papers with Keith Hawk, my experience purchasing my Forester was stressfree and actually quite enjoyable. I am delighted that I chose to explore vehicles at Concordville. It was my experience working with Bob Novotny that kept me from moving on as, I had planned, to the Mazda dealership down the road to test drive and most likely purchase a new Mazda. I was then invited back for a tutoring session with Keith Aigeltinger who introduced me to all the safety and driving assistance options in the Forester. It was also a pleasure working with Keith. He is knowledgeable, explained the technology in my Forester clearly, and answered all of my questions. He pointed out options I didn't know existed. I learned a great deal that will make driving my new Forester safer and even more enjoyable. The entire purchasing process at Concordville Subaru couldn't have gone more smoothly or been more professional and helpful. It is great to now be part of the Subaru community and my dog loves my new Forester too. Bob Novotny made quite enjoyable a process I feared would be terribly stressful--especially for a senior woman buying a car on my own. But it was clear from the outset that I could trust Bob. His professionalism and knowledge, genuine and friendly manner, and attentiveness and support were key factors in my decision to purchase a 2025 Forester instead of the other brand I had been considering seriously. Bob asked all the right questions to learn about my needs and what I wanted from a new vehicle. He answered all my too numerous questions and even brought me snacks while my trade in was being assessed. From my initial online communication with Madison Fife (and her impressive responsiveness just before a holiday) to the final signing process with the equally friendly and professional Keith Hawk, the entire purchasing process went smoothly, was stress-free and actually kinda fun. I had a sense throughout that they each genuinely cared and wanted me to make the decision right for me. And I absolutely did. I love my new Forester. It is a beautiful car and a pleasure to drive.
