Mackenzie and Bryson were kind and professional. I do have a complaint that the wait time at this dealership is astronomical. I was there from 10:30 am until late in the afternoon/evening with my to I do have a complaint that the wait time at this dealership is astronomical. I was there from 10:30 am until late in the afternoon/evening with my toddler and I had never waited this long at a dealership before. Ever. I was given a your of my new car once purchased. They did text and email to check on me and how satisfied I was after purchase. I really love their warranties they give and that Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw offers a lifetime powertrain warranty according to Mackenzie. Overall satisfied. I do hope they work on efficiency but otherwise I have no complaints. More
