My salesman Mack was awesome in finding me the perfect truck and made certain the entire experience was first class from start to finish. He was sure to take the time, asking questions and getting to know truck and made certain the entire experience was first class from start to finish. He was sure to take the time, asking questions and getting to know me and how I would be using my truck day to day. I would highly recommend asking for Mack by name when visiting Karl Flammer. I aslo had the chance to meet Jason, the sales manager. He was also super friendly and made me feel like a VIP. He was present the entire time, working alongside Mack on the deal and maximizing value on my trade-in. Robyn in service has gone above and beyond, exceeding my expectations to make sure nothing on my maintenance plan is overlooked and always shooting me straight. After a long road trip, dropped the truck off for service. It was completely filthy when dropping it off!! The detail guys onsite with Luxury Auto Spa had me covered in making it look like the day I took delivery. The detail work was amazing and couldn't believe the time that must have been put in to get those results. Overall, I highly recommend making Karl Flammer Ford your preferred dealership. Regardless the department, the quality of service is always there, staff are friendly and always doing everything possible to truly make you feel like Ford family! More

Great experience. Lloyd was our salesman and we enjoyed working with him. He had great follow-thru and was easy to work with. Because we have been treated so well in the past, we again returned to KFF of Tarpon Springs. There is no high pressure from our sales representative Mack. he worked with us to meet our needs without o again returned to KFF of Tarpon Springs. No one wants to have to visit the dealerships for problems or maintenance on their vehicles but I always have a great experience when I take my vehicle in for service at Karl Flammer Ford. Robyn Brandl is a fantastic Service Advisor, the techs are experinced, Parts dept is well stocked (they never get kudos) porters are polite, sales dept is great too! Just a great place!!! More

I had a great experience with everyone at the dealership with the exception of Steve in the finance department. I would have rated him at zero or less if I could. If it had not been for all the other good p with the exception of Steve in the finance department. I would have rated him at zero or less if I could. If it had not been for all the other good people there that I wanted to see earn their commissions for putting in the effort to earn my business I would have walked because of Steve. The words Pushy. Bully, As- Hole, Cocky come to mind and he really ruined what was one of my best experiences buying a vehicle. I would never want my wife or children to have to deal with this Jerk. He made assumptions about me and we all know when you do that you make an xxx out of you and me! Wanted to sell me a lifetime warranty on the power train that was included. Kept trying to sell me oil changes for the first year after I explained we are retired and don't drive enough to use the package he kept pushing. As well as one was included with the power train warranty during the first year. Why would I finance oil changes for 72 months to cover them for the first year of ownership? Its Idiotic! There's a saying a fool and his money are soon parted. If I couldn't afford to change the oil in my car and need to finance it I probably shouldn't own it. More
