One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I went to destination Kia with the hope they were better than Matthew Kia. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. I have less than perfect c dealership. I went to destination Kia with the hope they were better than Matthew Kia. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. I have less than perfect credit but was still able to purchase a car here. When we first went in I was met with one sales guy who spent only 15 mins and passed me off to go help another client. I then was told I would talk to the financial manager which was again a quick 5 mins if that. I was told to come back 5 days later to pick up the car. It took forever and back and forth with the bank they got me approved with. Upon picking up the car I was setup with a new guy who was more interested in putting tape on his laptop then dealing with a client. I spent time with the finance manager who was by far the worst part of my experience there I believe his name is Andrew. I was told by this man that I should be lucky a bank approved me as I “so called had a long history of not paying people back if at all. This being said after I questioned the bank. I’ve never heard of a finance manager ever saying that to a customer face. After all they got payed almost $20,000 at the end of they day. Upon his actions I advised bother them sales manager and gm if the dealership in which they did nothing to Reprimand the manager and his disrespectful behavior and comments. And after and hour talking to the gm about him I was assured it would be taking care of since I’m still a customer and should be treated that way. I was told a gas card would be sent to help as a act of good faith to fix things. That has never happened and was also told the extended warranty I canceled would be taking care of but have no documentation sent showing that. I’ve received rude responses to my messages from Andrew who apparently still has not learned how to treat a customer. And I don’t honestly think the sales manager and general manager really cared to start off since I’ve left voicemails unanswered and givin the run around. I suggest you go somewhere else where people get treated like more then just a sale. More

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to salesman spent about 15 minutes with me after just showing me a car test drive the car quick financing, and then hop to the next table next to us to help another customer 15 minutes with me after just showing me a car test drive the car quick financing, and then hop to the next table next to us to help another customer. The man was moving about as fast as could be to get to the next sale. Upon coming to pick up the car, they sent me up with a guy that is brand new and had absolutely no experience. He was too preoccupied, putting pieces of tape on his laptop, then coming over to the customer after coming from financing to show me the car and give me the keys for. Talk about unprofessional and after leaving financing, I was on aware that the extended warranty that was added cost about $2800. I was not told it was optional and could be declined nor was I told the cost of that warranty. I was simply told it had been automatically upgraded. It was not until I got home that I realized what that amount was. I was gonna ask for that extended warranty can be refunded, but I contacted the dealership after my experience, I would get harassed by the dealership because they get money made off of those extended warranties. That’s dishonest to automatically add something to our contract and not state the amount of it or that it is optional. I’ve never had a problem with my key that I had before purchasing this one and that car had 175,000 miles on it and now once that I even use the factory warranty and anything , the dealership would like to give me $2800 useless warranty I would definitely like to get that back More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM DESTINATION KIA. THEY ARE A HOT MESS, AND HAD US PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A CAR THAT WAS NOT LEGAL TO SELL. We went to see a used Kia Sorento here, and were immediate THEY ARE A HOT MESS, AND HAD US PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A CAR THAT WAS NOT LEGAL TO SELL. We went to see a used Kia Sorento here, and were immediately asked multiple times to put a deposit down on the spot. We didn't appreciate the aggressive asking, but we liked the car, so we put a deposit down the next day. Several days later, well into our hour-long drive to Albany to get the car, we were called saying that there was an issue with the car's title, and we wouldn't be able to drive it home. We were almost there, so we stopped in anyway to see what was up, and ended up having a useless conversation with a manager, David, who was less personable and sympathetic than a literal rock, and had no idea how to deal with an unsatisfied customer. As of this week, going into week 3 of this fiasco, they were still jerking us around and making us wait. Yesterday, we gave up on Destination Kia. I cannot urge you enough to avoid Destination Kia. The whole experience reeked of incompetence, and we'll be asking for our deposit back. What kind of car dealership tries to sell you a car that you literally can't buy? More

After 23 years of driving the same vehicle I find myself in need of a new one. My husband and I are older and wanted to actually look at the cars in person, sit in the car and go for a test drive. We visi in need of a new one. My husband and I are older and wanted to actually look at the cars in person, sit in the car and go for a test drive. We visited Kia and met MacPhearson Kilmer. Mac introduced himself and I shared with him my story about my car. After 23 years with a car it's emotional to let go of a vehicle. My "Dad" used to say to me if you take care of your car will take care of you. Now here I am 23 years later and the thought of a keyless car with all this technology, bells and whistles that I have never had, "wow", it is a bit uncomfortable. Mac spent time with me listening and test driving different vehicles and helped me find the perfect car for me! I am the proud owner of a 2021 Seltos EX. Mac made this process so painless! He went over all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable. How patient he was, I can't thank him enough! He is personable and professional.
