The staff at Volvo Cars Silver Spring is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and not aggressive. The Sales Consultant Mabel Matos listened carefully to what I was shopping for and alerted me when it became available. I met with her, test drove the vehicle while she provided me with details on the performance and features of the car. I later met with the Manager, Eddie Reyes and Abraham Blandon the F&I Manager. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics and I was given time to think over my decision as I had requested. The manner in which the team conducted business was greatly appreciated and I recommend the team and a visit to this particular dealership. My vehicle is beautiful and I LOVE IT!
