Emma was very nice and patient. She responded to our requests and got answers when she wasn’t sure herself. She wasn’t pushy and was very polite, thorough and attentive. The Dealership needs to improve it’s lengthy process—customers sitting around waiting too long & salespeople should not have to run back and forth to the managers’ desk so much. The first manager that talked to us was professional and helpful as it was the first time we were buying an ev. Finance Manager is a good guy. He understood my frustration and helped move things along. Emma brought final papers to our home to sign which was very nice! Car was cleaned up very nicely for delivery. More
