Service and Sales With my first service here, I was not please with the service advisor, But I thought, ehhh maybe he had a bad day. I've gone to other dealer ships before. If my car had recommendations, I was informed while waiting and positive attitudes. I bought a car there in March 2018. Of course I was please with the car but the detailing was not satisfying. While calling the dealer ship about my license plate for the third time. I finally received a call back from finance stating I never paid for the license plate registration fee, which should have been INCLUDED in my loan but was missed somehow. With all the frustration, I ignore how things could of been handled differently. Two months down the road and I've already had to buy new tires because the dealership sold me a car with 3 tires at 3/32 and one at 8/32. Finally understood why a 2015 slipped and slide so much on snow. I've never been more frustrated with how crappy a dealership was to me. I'm pretty sure the dealership knew that was not good for my car with one good tire and 3 crappy ones. More

Flat Tire I came into the dealership with a quickly deflating tire. I was in a hurry to make it to a doctor appointment and Luke in service got me in a loaner v I came into the dealership with a quickly deflating tire. I was in a hurry to make it to a doctor appointment and Luke in service got me in a loaner vehicle in under 5 minutes!!! I made it to my appointment on time and was very happy. What made it the best was he had my tire repaired in record time and I was able to get my car back same day a coupe hours later. What great service!!! More

I asked the service advisor if he would consider replacing my license plate frames on my 10 year old TL as a customer appreciation jester and he agreed to do so(they were in very bad condition).
