Disorganized I made an appointment on line. Many days in advance. Described what I needed done. When I arrived, no one seemed to know or care about what I wrote. B I made an appointment on line. Many days in advance. Described what I needed done. When I arrived, no one seemed to know or care about what I wrote. Because of that, they could not perform the repair as did not have the part. I signed up for the shuttle. There was confusion about when the shuttle would return, but nice driver did arrive .Filled out a form with my phone number and approximate time to be picked up. They did not pick me up at around the time I asked. I had to call. When brought to the attention of the staff the driver said he had his things to do and so did the other staff. When brought to the attention of the experienced staff member who was my contact staff, he blamed the new guy. My on line appointment had the correct number and so did the form I filled out. Unfortunately they called my husband not me to say they were done with the work They seemed under staffed and they were training a new staff member so I am not rating them poor for that reason. Did offer possible discount on labor if I return to do repair that I did not get done this appointment. More

Quick and Complete I was able to make a service appointment the same day with their web form and recieved comfirmation within minutes.
