Communication could be better. I picked up my vehicle, the gas was on reserve, eventually they agreed to fill it. The running boards were not working when I picked it up, they wer I picked up my vehicle, the gas was on reserve, eventually they agreed to fill it. The running boards were not working when I picked it up, they were fine when I dropped it off. They reset them and then the SOS warning light turned on. They said it should turn off after driving. It never did. No one has returned my call. More

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Land Rover Sudbury. They approached me, expressing interest in my car and even providing a seemingly high offer. However, this turned out to be misleadin Rover Sudbury. They approached me, expressing interest in my car and even providing a seemingly high offer. However, this turned out to be misleading. After making a 50-minute drive each way, they checked my car without notifying me first and reduced the offered price by $4,000, citing a minor dent. This aggressive tactic felt like a bait-and-switch, and the overall service was unprofessional. I strongly caution against engaging with them. More
