I usually have good things to say about this dealership's service department but today after a 5 hour wait for my car I was not happy. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and check my rear brakes and th service department but today after a 5 hour wait for my car I was not happy. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and check my rear brakes and then another 3 hours to do the brakes and a few other things. Last time I was here they did an oil change and front brakes in about 2 hours so I figured maybe 3hours this time would be about right. No loaner car available, no shuttle so I just sat at the dealership( listening to a webinar on how to sell cars blasting out of an office for about 2 hours )from 10:20 am until 3:30pm. Very disappointed. I also noted that on my work order they noted time in at 10:19 and time out at 13:55, yeah I beg to differ. More

Service was excellent, the reason for the 4 instead of a 5 star; it took about 2 hours for the service to be completed, including the car wash. I had to approach the service desk to find out why it seemed 5 star; it took about 2 hours for the service to be completed, including the car wash.
