Noah, welcomed me to Kia North for my scheduled appointment. He explained the process from beginning to end, he even explained the recommendations by the Kia service team. The estimated wait time he projected was accurate. It wasn't long of a wait. Salesman Cliff showed his hospitality by offering me a beverage and asking if I was looking to upgrade my vehicle. He wasn't pushy but let me know that if I was ever interested in an upgrade or vehicle change he would be more than happy to help me. Everyone at this location was very helpful and polite during my visit. My car service was excellent and I am avery satisfied returning customer. I look forward to returning a third time to this location to get my next vehicle maintenance done. More

Terrible communication. Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 Service never wants to answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes I only have 30 minutes left to pick up my car. I live 30 minutes from the dealership. No one told me to leave the Rent-A-Car at the dealership, wasted money, taking two cars and wasted time somebody to help me. I no longer get my oil changed here because every time I make an appointment, They never do it. The fourth time I called before I even picked up my car and of course it was not completed. I Don’t understand why they can’t read my paperwork and understand what I need from you guys. Instead we’re playing the guessing game? I Never wanna go to this location again. I’m at the point where I want to get rid of my Kia car and go back to Hyundai! Terrible communication, terrible customer service and terrible service. I don’t recommend to anyone to come to this place. More
