Jacob, Luiz, Damir, and Noah were all a pleasure to work with. I was an out of State buyer. They went to the length of even picking me up at the train station when I came into town to buy the car. Unlike many car dealerships and salespeople who only care about trying to get you in the door so they can then give you the "hard sell", they answered all of my questions and let me lead the process at a pace I was comfortable with. The car was impeccably detailed when I ahowed up to sign the paperwork and take delivery. I would highly recommend this dealership and their team! More

My friend called Jacob after going on google to search for a red Acura MDX. After arriving to the Volvo dealership, we were greeted with a smile and offered some coffee or water. Jacob was very good throughout the process which covered about a week. First dealing with my son by phone and online concerning hammering out most of the pricing for the particular car that we wanted. The about a week. Finally, spending about two hours in person yesterday with my wife and me working through the final aspects of the sale, giving us a "tour" of how the car works, and helping us sync/pair our phones and keys to the electronics in the car. We would recommend him and the dealership to others. Not clear if there will be place on this form, but we also would like to give a shout-out to Damir. Really knows his stuff, and he made the "electronic paperwork" easy. More
