The Marvelous Mr. Luis Martinez I took my mom to get a new car at my favorite dealership, Ventura Toyota. I bought 3 cars from them in the past, love their service department and have recommended them to friends and relatives for years. Luis Martinez was no pressure, fun like an old friend, informative, flexible, made us feel like he cared and made my mom very comfortable (which isn't easy). While we were finishing my mom's transaction, he checked out my rotten loan on my car (from another dealer) and made me an offer I could not refuse. A couple days later I came back to get my new car from Luis. To top it off, he had a sandwich and drink waiting for me knowing that I had a very long weekend on the road. Ventura Toyota has all around excellent customer service and Luis is the personification of it. Rock on Mr. Marrrrrrrrrrrtinez! (All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic.) More

They bent over backwards to get me a great deal. I will recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota should only go to Ventura Toyota. I shopped at other dealers and they were the best by far. My salesman, Luis Martinez, was fantastic. After I drive the car, with Luis, I was hooked. He made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Before I left the lot, Luis took a lot of time to explain to me how everything worked inside the car. Jaime, the sales manager was exceptional in working with Luis to get the monthly payment to be where it had to be. He is a great manager. Johnny Flores, the financial service manager, besides being professional and helpful was also very nice. He even got me a danish and my girlfriend a soda, as we had not eaten and were thirsty. Everyone that I dealt with in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new Rav-4. We returned to the dealership a second time and Luis patiently again went over the programming procedures for my fiancé as well as myself. We opted to buy their " Finishing Touch" protection plan from Marion Swain. She was very nice and helpful. All and all, everyone we have met and dealt with at Ventura Toyota have been wonderful and it's been a pleasure doing business with all of them. More
