In the auto sales business, Luis exuded such qualities that led me to leasing my new 2012 Scion xD. His warm and friendly approach made it easy to talk to. I was able to explain what I wanted as well as vent about my nightmare experience of car shopping few days prior to meeting at another local auto mall. He was very compassionate an understanding and allowed my family and I to get the deal we wanted. There was no pressure at all and Luis always tried to work with the options we played around with. In the end the sale was made, but more importantly, we felt we made a personal connection that allowed a trust to be made with him and his company. The business personnel knew their business, too. The process that led to the signing on the dotted line was easy and relaxed, no pressure. They explained the differences between puchasing and leasing, gave me a fair price on my old car, and waved good-bye to us as we drove away in our new car. I'm sure I got a great deal on my new Prius, and I highly recommend the Ventura, Toyota dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota product.
