Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. He said “ how about today, I can get that done for you”. Not only did he get me in 2 hours after I called but he recommended some services and offset the cost with my Ford Pass Points. Service at its finest, thanks Luis!! More

I will never go back to this dealership for service again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or somet again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or something is broken when I pick it up. Two times it left with dents and paint damage, one time with a bent damage license plate mount and this most recent visit the hood ajar light was on and would not go off. NOT ONE TIME has this dealership taken responsibility for my damage. I am finished with Depaula Ford! More

Did several recall fixes before telling me that there was a completely different issue and it would be non drivable. This took over a month and they had said every time I communicated with them through that a completely different issue and it would be non drivable. This took over a month and they had said every time I communicated with them through that month that it would be usable after. Once the recalls were fixed they promptly told me it was not a fixable issue. Complete waste of time and milked the recalls to the max. More
