I bring both my Ford vehicles to Depaula for service as I know that the work will be completed by trustworthy mechanics. I recently had significant repairs done to my older Ford and am completely satisfied. know that the work will be completed by trustworthy mechanics. From check in at the service desk, transportation to and from the dealer, offer of loaner and return of the vehicle -- all staff were attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about the services, communicated the actions/situations regarding issue with the vehicle & services to address those issues and provided the services deftly. More

Luis is the best service advisor at Depaula Ford! I stopped in last week without an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would have to come back at a later date but Luis m I stopped in last week without an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would have to come back at a later date but Luis managed to fit me in. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Luis always goes above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied. I can’t thank Luis enough for the wonderful service he has given me over the past 3 years! If you bring your car into service, ask to speak to Luis. You won’t be disappointed! More

it was great and refreshing to work with a service advisor who listen to me and was respectful of my time. hasn’t always been the case with st DePaulas. good service reps keep me coming back. i’ve lik advisor who listen to me and was respectful of my time. hasn’t always been the case with st DePaulas. good service reps keep me coming back. i’ve like working with Lenny and Louis.
