This is the third review I’ve written regarding my poor service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was to service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was told several times that a supervisor would call me back with the status of the repairs which I never received. It was only until I had to go physically down myself to learn that I could’ve gotten a rental car through my extended warranty that they were neglected to tell me about, so I spent money on Ubers for a week due to non-transparency unprofessionalism, and a total lack their care of their customers.
