I took my Kia in for maintenance 3 weeks ago. I had brought the car in for the same thing 3 weeks prior, and additionally, the driver's side tire was flat. They did the rotation and fixed the tir I had brought the car in for the same thing 3 weeks prior, and additionally, the driver's side tire was flat. They did the rotation and fixed the tire, but the tire pressure wasn't balanced properly, in any of the tires. I had to keep adding air to the tire. Now that I've returned, I left the car, and the service representative told me that the tire couldn't be repaired because it had 2 nails, which is false. They wanted to charge me $180 for the tire and $89 for balancing on a brand new car. This seems like total abuse.. i took the tire to a tire kingdom they fix it inmediatlely for $22 usd. Q More
