I purchased a vehicle here not that long ago sales department started off very nice and the process went smoothly after leaving the dealer i realized that one tire on the car was below specs and unsaf department started off very nice and the process went smoothly after leaving the dealer i realized that one tire on the car was below specs and unsafe relayed this information to the Sales Man brought the car in for service with only 3000 miles on it because they failed to reset the oil light previously when the vehicle was in service they never stated anything about the tire let me leave with an unsafe tire call the service Advisor and was told there was nothing wrong with the tire even though there inspection equipment on the service drive scan the tire and said it was below specs and needed to be replaced immediately spoke to the service manager which stated the same thing reached out by email to the service director and general manager got no response back in my opinion this is poor customer service and lack of leadership and as of right now I would not recommend this dealership to anyone More

Teachable moment, I learned with JC, finance department which I didn't know regarding my car loan, adding any little extra money towards my principal. JC, was very helpful and treated me like I was a family member, Very nice! Then, the end a nice lady Luisana Colon, very nice gave me a bag with gifts inside, also she set up my service appt in September. Great team a City of Kia. More
