Easy to set appointment using app. JR that was not our original service agent was great at the end of day pick up. After dropping off and confusing courtesy car pickup that was not a JR that was not our original service agent was great at the end of day pick up. After dropping off and confusing courtesy car pickup that was not a BMW, was told via text oil was on order for car and would not be able to do. We went to pick up late day and was told oil was changed. Not sure how happened but not good service to customer. We asked about fixing a messed up seat belt and did not get completed. Overall much lower quality experience than Mercedes cars we own. More
