I picked up my first Subaru Outback today from the Dean Team and couldn’t be any happier. Luci Whanger was awesome to work with and I had zero pressure to buy. From the moment we walked thru the door at Dean Team Manchester, Luci Whanger listened to our specific "wants" in a new car and helped us throughout the selection process. We were not even sure we were going to make a purchase from Dean Team, but with the information, comps (we drove at other dealer ships as well and did a lot of research) and Lucis help, we purchased from Dean Team. If she did not know an answer to a question, she was on top of it and got us an answer. This lady worked hard. Every box of our "wants" were "checked". And then it was not a Subaru but a VW Tiguan SLE we purchased. We love this car and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and knowledgeable. AND thank you Dean team transporter for getting up at 4:30 AM to drive our car back from another state ... appreciate everyone's time...hard to part with my Jeep, but extremely happy! More
