They were all very accommodating. Lucus made me a video of the vehicle prior to me coming down to look at it. I thought that was above and beyond what normal sales people do. After Speaking and closing the deal with the finance manager, he handed me a USB port with all Paperwork contracts and everything I signed is on this USB port. It would’ve been nice if you would’ve asked me would you like to have a paper copy? Other than that, I think that they were very courteous and they were a pleasure to deal with. More
