He was very cordial and not pushy. He answered the questions that we had for him. If he didn't have the answer he knew who to ask to get the answer. After the purchase, Lucas contacted me and texted me to see how it was going with the vehicle and if we had any questions for him. After reading all the documents on the vehicle, I reached out to Lucas with some questions and he was able to answer them. Our overall experience at Hyundai of Ft Myers was exceptional.
