Well done For my first experience on buying a car from a first party dealership, I thought I would of be a lot harder that. Originally I went to 3rd parities to For my first experience on buying a car from a first party dealership, I thought I would of be a lot harder that. Originally I went to 3rd parities to see what was out there. Days later I decided just to go to a real dealer and buy a car. First was the Ford dealership cause I believed that they would be able to help me find a use car. After giving them a calls about what I was looking for and following up the next day it seemed like I wasn’t really important due to my young age I think. Nothing has happened in a couple of days so I gave up on Ford and give Chevrolet a try. After giving them my budget and what kind of car I wanted the nice lady over the phone immediately started looking around in her inventory while giving me info about the cars. Then she found a brand new truck in my budget with all the bells a whistles and we made a deal. Working with Alex was a great experience with probably because we were in the similar age groups. He brought the car to front, was very patient in, taking time to show us everything about it, seemed to know what I wanted even before I asked, and was so personable and friendly! He is certainly an asset to the company! Everyone was so welcoming, answering any questions we had,, offering help in every way possible. It was a wonderful experience in every way. The friendliness and knowledge of all we had contact with was exceptional. We didn't actually work with Sapphire, but my son knew here from another time there, and he enjoyed talking with her as we waited at one point I give them an AA+++. Would recommend them to anyone! Please forgive me for not being able to name names, as I just don't remember names well at all!! I just know that all we had any dealings with, or just passed by were so nice and helpful to us! More
