Making things right I went to Carl black of Kennesaw on Sunday 3/31/19 and left with a not so good experience. The very next day the executive manager reached out to me a I went to Carl black of Kennesaw on Sunday 3/31/19 and left with a not so good experience. The very next day the executive manager reached out to me about my experience and wanted to make things right. He absolutely did make it right. My husband and i went back on Tuesday to finalize the right deal. We are very thankful and excited about our brand new 2019 Terrain we purchased.
