Louis Bilous, the dealer, went above and beyond to ensure that we had the car that we wanted. He was very professional, really listened and explained everything clearly. Rocky Dentici, the finance manager, also went above and beyond, finding us the best interest rate to keep the payments low, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and his goal was that we would leave happy with our purchase. We have purchased 3 cars in Smithtown Toyota. We are very happy with our choice of this dealership and their representatives.
