The young man whom helped me in service was very polite and courteous. Always have a good experience in service. That’s why we chose Heiser when purchasing a new car on Tuesday. However, we felt very rushe and courteous. Always have a good experience in service. That’s why we chose Heiser when purchasing a new car on Tuesday. However, we felt very rushed when completing the purchase. For instance, financing was to rushed. We felt we were duped on the interest rate. Have had a better experience purchasing else where. I know it was late but it was very obvious they wanted to push us out the door. More

Everyone was fantastic. The salesperson I was dealing with when first arriving was with another customer. I was immediately offered a drink and place to sit. Lorri was fantastic, reserving the car I boug with when first arriving was with another customer. I was immediately offered a drink and place to sit.
