I have tried to go to the Ford dealership in Pearland and was told to just drop it off and that they would get to it when they could. They didn't care how many vehicles or that it was a business. Kelli always takes care of me! I schedule time for the maintenance and she is always ready when we get there. Usually has us back on the road very quickly.
