Took my vehicle in for extended warranty work they kept the vehicle for 3 days they could not diagnose the problems put in a claim with my extended warranty and I never heard back from them it's been over the vehicle for 3 days they could not diagnose the problems put in a claim with my extended warranty and I never heard back from them it's been over a month. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere I would not recommend this dealer or their service department More

Lisa Millspaugh is the best. Lisa took the greatest care of me, she made sure that I was made aware of everything that was happening with getting my truck repairs done, she also Lisa took the greatest care of me, she made sure that I was made aware of everything that was happening with getting my truck repairs done, she also called me back and made me feel like family there at the dealership. I was never in the dark about my repair costs and Lisa did her best to help keep my cost down on my truck repairs. Again Lisa is is the very best at her job making sure that the customer is well taken care of. Thanks for all her hard work and the dealership for being there when I needed them!! More

It is extremely disappointing that Stellantis and this dealership don’t have a solution to resolve the air conditioning recirculate loud sound emitting from the dash. Being told sorry there is no solution dealership don’t have a solution to resolve the air conditioning recirculate loud sound emitting from the dash. Being told sorry there is no solution is not acceptable when the company is aware of the issue and continues to sell the vehicle. This dealership also was aware of the radio / navigation unit not working properly for over one year but I had to make three trips to the dealership before they would agreed to fix the issue. This is the first Stellantis vehicle I have owned and will be the last: More
