Extremely rude and very disrespectful after asked for a specific report about my car and what happened to my car after they broke my car during a recall saying under her breath I shouldn’t even had said a specific report about my car and what happened to my car after they broke my car during a recall saying under her breath I shouldn’t even had said anything about it very unprofessional. This is the second time I have brought my vehicles to them and both times were very unpleasant and dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful people I definitely won’t be bring my vehicles back to this location for any services even though I bought a extended warranty for the vehicle I purchased from Cape Coral. Stay away if you want to be lied to I also caught them in two lies the managers was speechless and walked away to his office then they brought another manager and tryed blamed for the issue the managers are terrible everyone in that whole service department is terrible! More
