Salesman was not the best. Very aggressive text messaging and continuously late with information, paperwork, and completion of the sale. Hours of time wasted with “only 5 more minutes” or “only 1/2 an hour”. If it’s going to be 2-3 hours then state that. Missed a very important meeting with my global partners over “only 5 more minutes”. He needs to learn a little bit of professional edicate when using text messaging as communication. I do have to say Lily who finalized the paperwork was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. More

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very unsafe environment with the rear four cab bolts on my truck not properly reinstalled. { Ford Corporate dealer rep had my truck fixed at another dealership for he no faith in Suburban's abilities} 3] Service managers and Body shop managers both repeatedly out right lied to me!! 4] asked for the General manager or owner to contact me about issues. NEVER heard a peep out of either of them. I would NEVER recommend using this dealership for purchase or service of any kind. More

I first want to thank my salesman Rich Kramer for doing an outstanding job again. I can’t say enough good about this dealership I’m in there every year on average for a new car. The service department is n an outstanding job again. I can’t say enough good about this dealership I’m in there every year on average for a new car. The service department is number one.. Just picked up my 2021 Ford bronco two door and I love this vehicle if I had any questions I just call them up and they’re very prompt with their answers. Another proud customer as a matter fact I’m going up tomorrow to see Rich for another vehicle for my wife so if you want a trust worthy dealership this is the place to go. Thanks again Rich and thank you Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights for your outstanding work , this place and everybody that works there all the way to the bump shop are top notch and do the best work. This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More
