I went there to get part of my emissions fixed. , the service department is always very professional , friendly and efficient. The crew is very nice and does a great job everytime i have been there , the service department is always very professional , friendly and efficient. The crew is very nice and does a great job everytime i have been there. I have been purchasing and leasing my vehicles for over 20 years from Malouf. My go to person is Marlo Hirshon and she is an excellent sales person. She is professional, kind, caring and knows her products. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Took my car in 9/9/23 to have a part replaced. Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still there I probably would still be sitting there. It took her about 15 minutes to find out what was wrong with my car and give me a loaner. She was wonderful! Even thought I only dealt with George for less then a half hour he was also very helpful to me. After having a horrible experience these two individuals made everything okay. More
