Linda Tague helped us to set up the 50K service last week. Our 2015 ML350 came out like new after the car wash and detailing by the service team. The shuttle service was very convenient. Had check engine light issue on my 10 year old GLK. Got an appointment with a loaner in 2 days. My advisor Linda Tague was wonderful! Looking forward to working with her in the future. Would have rated 5 stars if a loaner car had been provided - Brian McCoy called and informed me Looking forward to working with her in the future. Would have rated 5 stars if a loaner car had been provided - Brian McCoy called and informed me loaner will not be provided due to age of the vehicle - doesn't make sense to me - I spent $2500 for the repairs and don't see why dealership would not provide loaner to a paying customer. Furthermore the car was purchased at the dealership and serviced there for 8 years post purchase. Prior to this vehicle, we had leased other vehicles from the dealership - plenty of business provided to dealership to support loaner privilege. Loaners can only help with future sale by allowing customer to try out new vehicles. More
