It is with extreme frustration that I am writing this post. On October 4, 2025, I dropped my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz at the Hyundai dealership for a scheduled oil change plus I wanted to discuss other co post. On October 4, 2025, I dropped my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz at the Hyundai dealership for a scheduled oil change plus I wanted to discuss other concerns that I had with the vehicle. I explained that I was concerned about the shocks and the transmission making some noise, as well as my vehicle giving an error that the two backlights were working but they were giving me an error on my dash. After some confusion as to warranties it was determined that there was 100,000 mile warranty and that it would be covered since the vehicle had 72,000 or so. Linda the service tech. and I believe Sal, which was a new employee that had only been working there for three days had assured me that they will be taking care of me. They mentioned that the diagnosis could not be done over the weekend, but on Monday, they would get back to me. Monday, Tuesday past no call… and I decided to give them a call on Wednesday. Apparently Linda was not in so I left a message for her to call me back. No call back again… so Friday I called and spoke to Linda. Linda had informed me that the oil change had been done, but they were unable to find anything wrong with the transmission nor the shocks on the vehicle. And that the back bulbs needed to be replaced - for $35 each!!!??? Wow. I told her no thanks and that I would do it myself. She also informed me that there will be a charge for the light diagnosti and the oil change. I questioned the charge for the diagnostic and since I had specifically said if there is a charge for anything then the oil change, I did not want it. She said she would talk to a manager and get back get back to me right away. “Right away” and I quote. I never heard back from her again. At this point I am getting frustrated, I call on Saturday the 11th. ask for Linda…. Linda was not in? So now I asked to speak to a manager, his name of TJ. I explained to TJ the situation and that Linda was going to get back to me, but the vehicle was ready. TJ sounded like he was on it - as most “Managers” do. He informed me that he would get back to me as soon as possible regarding the cost - I will take care of it. Now, Sunday, Monday passes, and no call??? At this point, I am more then furious. I called their corporate office, and as I am voicing my concerns, I explained that I would like to record the conversation and to my surprise, the Customer Service lady informed me that they do not allow anyone to record conversations, but she was recording it. At this point, I am realizing, why this company is they way they are? Wow?She took my information and no call back to this day. I then call the dealership once again in the afternoon and asked to speak to TJ, or Linda? Guess what Linda was off again??? and TJ was out to lunch. At this point I was ready to pop, but when the gentleman who realized it, not tells me he sees TJ. TJ picks up the phone and tells me he doesn’t know who I am, and don’t remember our conversation? I cant make this up, really?! I now have to explain my situation thus again - for him to say, yes, yes, I remember, tells me let me check on your car, and I will call you back in less then 15 minutes. Ladies and gentlemen, Guess what??? he has not call me back.??? Nor has he called me back Wednesday, Thursday and it is now Friday, 14 days later, not one call back. I get an idea to call the dealership to ask for a General mManager and got a gentleman by the name of Joe Smith, not the friendliest human being in the world - which should not be a big surprise, being that this dealership has so many issues and customer service and hospitality. I told him my situation and I asked to speak to the GM - He tells me there are two general managers - Carlos and Criag? And when I ask him for their phone numbers, he gives me the dealership number, which is the same number where I contacted him. Do not trust this dealership at all. More

Took a week to get my work done. Original bill was over $2,000. Had to ask if there were any discounts. Asked ASRP, AAA or any other discount. It was only then I was informed that th Original bill was over $2,000. Had to ask if there were any discounts. Asked ASRP, AAA or any other discount. It was only then I was informed that there is a 10 percent discount for Veterans. My husband is a Veteran and it is his car. I wasn’t informed of 3.5 percent charge if you use a credit card. I left dealership and went home to get my checkbook to pay by check. Not customer friendly. More

Great customer service from the beginning on my car’s first maintenance service. The staff was not only professional but also very friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience at Tamiami Hyundai-whe first maintenance service. The staff was not only professional but also very friendly and helpful. The best Hyundai store in our area. Used to go to Fort Myers since it was closer but they changed management around. They don't listen, completely pushy salespeople, and their customer Used to go to Fort Myers since it was closer but they changed management around. They don't listen, completely pushy salespeople, and their customer service has gone down. We would've bought our 9th Hyundai between my husband and I. We ended up leaving and heading an hour to Naples. Completely different experience. Listened, helpful, weren't pushy into something. I can't recommend Tyler enough. More

This particular dealership, Naples location, is wonderful!! They are extremely kind and professional from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment your service is complete. In fact, wonderful!! They are extremely kind and professional from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment your service is complete. In fact, I drive an hour just to go there! I can't say enough good things about them. I am beyond satisfied every time I go there!! My car is given back to me exactly the way I drop it off and they take care of the details...resetting the screen for next service, etc., for example. They give quality service and that is hard to come by these days and I greatly appreciate it every time!! More
