In spite of repeated requests for a loaner while my car is to be serviced I am frequently told that either there isn’t one OR it was AI to whom I spoke when the appointment was made. I know. Jorge was totally indifferent to my needs, the appointment I had booked or what could be done to alter the outcome…I left and scheduled a future appointment. The two previous Hyundai Santa Fe’s I purchased were fabulous cars and I loved them. I decided to scale down in size and thought the 2026 Tucson a good option. I could not have been more wrong. I will be either selling this automobile or trading it in the very near future. More
