The work was not performed properly even after I brought it back a second time. Never handed me a new paper for the alignment. They just handed me the keys and said it was done properly. As soon as I drove it back a second time. Never handed me a new paper for the alignment. They just handed me the keys and said it was done properly. As soon as I drove away it started pulling to the right again like they never did anything. They did the same thing in August. Oddly enough the same tire on my truck is being worn out because of the alignment I paid them for. Is something wrong with the machine? I called Chrysler and I am disputing the credit card charge. I haven't worked in almost 2 years and I can't keep paying a $150 per alignment and have it come back wrong. If you can't do it just say so but I'm not paying you. More
