This was my first time coming to a Kia dealership. To say I’m not impressed is an understatement. I reluctantly bought a used vehicle that was supposed to have gone through inspection but when the car was delivered to me the radio was broke. After wasting half a day waiting for the vehicle we had to take it back to the shop. I was then told 3-5 business days on the 9th the part was ordered. It is now the 17th and I was told the part was here yesterday and it actually wasn’t after 3 hours they let me know that. Now I’m being told the part won’t be here until the 20th which is now a problem because I bought that car for my mom to use while I was out of town next week. I would be very cautious buying a vehicle from this dealership. My experience thus far has been horrible. More
