We decided to stop at Russ Darrow Honda on the way home to see if we could test drive a new Ridgeline. Lisa was the first person we dealt at the dealership. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Ridgeline and very professional. She answered all of our questions and was never "pushy." After checking prices and service at other dealers, it was an easy decision to buy our truck from Lisa. She ordered the 2019 Ridgeline, and a few months later we were picking up our new truck. Lisa was helpful every step of the way. When it came to financing, Jonathan was able to get us a great rate and explained the financing very thoroughly. Overall, we had a great experience at Russ Darrow and would recommend them to anyone. More

The service department is courteous and went over the car inspection results with me and asked if I had any questions. The service staff was named Jay and he was very nice. I then met with the dealer who had leased me the Honda 3 years ago. I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision. And she provides me with several options to reach her for any questions. We have been texting and she was able to quote a fantastic rate on a 2018 which is cheaper than the payment I have been paying. I am extremely satisfied with the overall customer service. They also provide great beverages and popcorn !!!!! More
