PLEASE DO NOT ERASE I WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS IS PUBLIC. This has been the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this deal This has been the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with—completely untrustworthy. Despite purchasing two Escalades from this dealership on the same day, I was met with nothing but excuses and unkept promises regarding the lease of a 2024 Lyriq a week later. It is absolutely unacceptable for the general manager, Mr. Diaz, to look a customer in the eye, shake their hand, and promise to deliver a car at an agreed-upon price, only to later provide excuses about needing more time and suddenly claim that the other car is no longer available because the dealership owner sold it. That is, quite frankly, one of the most absurd excuses I’ve ever heard. This behavior reflects unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. If a dealership is unable to honor an agreement, the least they can do is be upfront and say, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete this deal.” We have to let you go as a customer. This level of dishonesty and mismanagement is not only unacceptable but also leaves a lasting NEGATIVE impression on both your business and the Cadillac brand. As I promised the general manager, a detailed letter, along with copies of text messages illustrating this dishonesty, will be sent to Cadillac headquarters. It is incredibly disappointing and disheartening to experience such behavior, but the Vera owner, other consumers, and Cadillac leadership need to be made aware of these practices. More

Despite purchasing two Escalades from this dealership on the same day, I was met with nothing but excuses and unkept promises regarding the lease of a 2024 Lyriq. It is absolutely unacceptable for the general manager to look a customer in the eye, shake their hand, and promise to deliver a car at an agreed-upon price, only to later provide a bunch of excuses about needing more time and claiming that they are doing you a favor and getting you out of a negative equity car. Amazingly and conveniently the other car I was interested in leasing is no longer available because the dealership owner sold it. These excuses reflect unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. If you are unable to deliver on a product or agreement, the least you can do is be honest and say, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete this deal.” This level of dishonesty and mismanagement is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression on your business and more importantly on the Cadillac brand. More
