I want to thank Gus Rodriguez and Leo Pena who manage the service department at Vera Cadillac, for the outstanding service that they provided for me before my road trip from Boca Raton, Florida to South Caro service department at Vera Cadillac, for the outstanding service that they provided for me before my road trip from Boca Raton, Florida to South Carolina. I needed bodywork done on my CT6 Cadillac and to have an oil service performed to be certain my car was ready for the long drive. My bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced by the auto body shop at Vera Cadillac and was done perfectly by Frank Cabrerra. My CT6 looked brand new when I got the car back in in only 3 days. Gus and Leo are men of integrity and when they tell you, they will do something on your behalf it is a promise that they do not break. Giovanni Rubio is my service writer and he always has my back. He took the time needed to explain what work was needed to be performed so my Cadillac would complete the trip without issues. Giovanni is always on point and always someone I can trust with my car. Erika Corrales is the manager of the rental cars and is always provides excellence service in providing me a loaner car. I will always go to Vera Cadillac when I need to have my car services because they have proven to me that there is no one else who will treat me like family. More

Mikell provide it good service and even wash my suv since no one was available to do it. Mr. Leo Pena the service manager addressed in a very professional way step by step few issues I had in my last Servic no one was available to do it. Having the key person with the right knowledge at the top of the department makes and will make a huge difference how this service is provided. Also road side Assistence guy was very on point changing my battery at my residence his service was professional and well delivered . I’m satisfied and will recommend!!! More
